Terms and conditions for non surgical treatments.

New Patients

All patients are required to provide contact details, including address, telephone number and email in order to secure an appointment.

All patients are asked to complete a medical history form for their first appointment. This is necessary for a complete consultation and treatment planning process. All information is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.


Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment so that we can make best use of our appointment diary and offer the time to others.

We request a reservation fee of £35 to secure a consultation with Dr Clare Quinn. The fee is non-refundable if you do not attend without giving adequate notice. (48hours)
The fee is redeemable against treatments or products recommended to you.

Please do not attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. Many treatments are contraindicated by cold sores, colds and local skin infections so please call to confirm.

Routine review appointments are offered following anti-wrinkle and filler injections. No additional treatment or ‘top up’ of toxin is provided free of charge after the review period of 2-3 weeks has passed.


Please do not bring accompanying children to the clinic unless they can be left unsupervised. For safety reasons, both yours and theirs, children are not permitted into the treatment rooms.


You will be advised of the cost of any planned treatment following the consultation. The £35 reservation fee will be deducted from this.

Payment is taken in full at the time of treatment. The clinic accepts cash, debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express.

A deposit will be required for some treatments to cover the cost of orders.

For treatments over £1000 we offer a 0% finance plan with repayments over 10 months. Please discuss this with our client co-ordinator if you wish to use this facility.


Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service including
Consultation and assessment
Provision of information and advice
Safe treatment with evidence based products
Follow up appointment and aftercare advice and support as appropriate.

Whilst we undertake to provide an excellent service encompassing factual, honest and ethical advice giving safe treatment in experienced hands with trusted products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if these fail to meet your expectations, or if you change your mind after commencing treatments with a ‘package price’

Skin care products are non-refundable unless faulty.
